As your stylist, I am committed to ensuring that every client loves and is satisfied with their hair.
If for any reason you are disatistfied or needing an adjustment. Please reach out to me directly within 3 days after receiving your service. (From the original date) so we can review.
Keep in mind if any alterations are not within the original consultation this may result into additional charges or a consider a new service.
Please respect my policies above, if a continuous request for adjustments gets abused for any reason, I may not be the stylist for you and would be more than happy to refer you to another stylist.
I prioritize the health and well-being of all my clients, co workers and family. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, I do kindly request your cooperation with my sickness policy:
Please reach out to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for a contagious condition (Covid19).
* If you arrive at the salon displaying symptoms of illness, I do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later date. This is to maintain a healthy environment for all clients and staff.
